After visiting another jeweller in town who told me there was nothing they could do to help me, Diamonds on Baylis set my late dad’s ashes pendant into a ring for me after my necklace broke. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. It’s so much more beautiful than I ever imagined. They were professional, caring, and treated the piece with such respect. I have bought a couple of small items from Diamonds on Baylis. Their range of jewellery is very different to the other jewellers in Wagga Wagga, making it likely you will find something different.
The staff are always helpful. They have cleaned some other items at no cost for me, and have been able to offer small discounts on pieces.
The in house jewellery designer is great, as I don't have to have items sent off site.

Highly recommend checking out Diamonds on Baylis, I had Connor design and make this elegant Promise Ring for my partner, I had a vision but he brought it to life better than I couldve imagined.

The design process was excellent, I gave very vague descriptions yet Connor came back with experienced suggestions making it all come together seamlessly.
